Done for the upcoming book Shonen Manga Hard&Brave/ Shonen paso a paso, release the 14/02/2012 and published by Harper Collins.Done by Kamikaze Factory, where I worked this summer as a freelance illustrator. Rubén, the art director, was the most caring boss I’ve ever had. And soooo patient… :)In the book you’ll find explained the step by step from this picture, and more images about Shonen style and other artists. Amazing artist and amazing pictures. FINISHED!!! :D I was starting to get tired of this, so I decided to finish it. I’m quite happy with the result, even if I know it has a bunch of errors! Constructive criticism is welcome! :3
I know, I know, that piece it’s a total FAIL and everything on it looks weird, but I still love how sweet and cute looks. That was for a class project and I did it so quickly I couldn’t even paint it properly…
Practising some colors. Someone advised me to use pastel colors on my pics, because my color palette was too much saturated. He was right, they actually look much better… xD
